Pressing off the Mitchell Harris Mataro
Some quick phone-cam snaps of putting our juicy and silky Pyrenees Mataro through the little basket press today.
The 2011 Mataro is a beaut little parcel of Pyrenees fruit that is already tasting delicious, and will no doubt form the basis of a brand new Mitchell Harris release next year or beyond.
